            The architectural development encompasses the construction of a contemporary 20-story high-rise hospitality structure, integrated with inter-riverbank waterway transit infrastructure spanning both embankments of the Chao Phraya River. The hospitality facility is slated for operational commencement in 2028, with comprehensive development as a premier luxury hospitality destination and service hub, incorporating flagship culinary establishments and immersive cultural tourism experiences with profound community integration, complemented by state-of-the-art wellness and therapeutic facilities.
