On July 1, 2024, Dr. Chanet Sangarayakul, Chief Executive Officer, participated in the pile driving ceremony for the Hatai Silom, Bangkok project in collaboration with Narayan Hotel Company Limited. The first pile driving operation was conducted on June 18, 2024.

The development project is situated on 2,658 square wah or 10,632 square meters of land located on Silom Road, Suriyawong Subdistrict, Bang Rak District, Bangkok. The project comprises 2 buildings:

Building A: 26 stories high with 5 basement levels, designed to accommodate a 250-room hotel, restaurants, commercial spaces, offices, banquet halls, and parking for approximately 310 vehicles.

Building B: 26 stories high with 4 basement levels, designed to accommodate a 115-room hotel, restaurants, commercial spaces, offices, and parking for approximately 227 vehicles.
