On June 25, 2024, Mr. Bordin Sangarayakul, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, participated in the pile driving ceremony for the Sky Ground Residence project in collaboration with CES Company Limited. The first pile driving operation is scheduled to commence on June 28, 2024.

The Sky Ground Residence project is a 6-story residential building located on Sukhumvit 38, Soi Sangchai, Phra Khanong Subdistrict, Khlong Toei District, Bangkok.
