On 23 April 2024, Mr. Bodin Saengarayakul, Senior Executive Vice President, participated in the auspicious piling ceremony for the Marquis Phayathai (MQS PYT) project, together with Intelligence Development Co., Ltd. The first bored pile for the project was commenced on 9 April 2024.

The project is located on Phaya Thai Road, between two BTS Skytrain stations: approximately 200 meters from Victory Monument Station and 450 meters from Phaya Thai Station. Marquis Phayathai is a super luxury condominium under the “MARQUIS” brand, a new brand by Major Development, a leading developer of luxury real estate and pet-friendly condominium projects.
