On 15 May 2023, Dr. Chanet Saengarayakul, President of Pylon Public Company Limited, participated in the auspicious piling ceremony for the Quintara MHy’DEN Pho Nimit project, together with Eastern Star Real Estate Public Company Limited. The first bored pile for the project was commenced on 4 April 2023.

Quintara MHy’DEN Pho Nimit is located on a main road near the entrance to BTS Pho Nimit Station, between Wongwian Yai Station and Talat Phlu Station. Construction of the project began in 2022 and is expected to be completed in 2025.

The project is a 40-storey high-rise condominium comprising one building, with a total of 628 residential units and 6 shop units.

The project is located on Taksin–Phet Kasem Road in the Krung Thon Buri area.
