Mr. Seri Chintanaseri (left), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pylon Public Company Limited, or PYLON, and Dr. Chanet Sangarayakul (right), Chairman of the Executive Committee and President, together with the Company’s Board of Directors, held the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders via electronic media (E-AGM) at the Company’s head office meeting room, SPE Tower, on 27 April 2022.

At the meeting, shareholders approved all agenda items as proposed by the Board of Directors, including the dividend payment for the Company’s 2021 operating results at the rate of THB 0.06 per share, representing 117.77% of the Company’s net profit for 2021. The dividend payment was scheduled for 23 May 2022.

The approved dividend payment reflects confidence in the Company’s business growth and its consistent dividend payment track record. PYLON is currently preparing to participate in bidding for additional new projects, with a focus on high-potential projects.
