PYLON holds 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, shareholders give green light to dividend payment of 0.04 baht per share

Mr. Seri Chintanaseri (2nd from left in the front row), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pylon Public Company Limited or PYLON, and Mr. Chanet Sangarayakul (2nd from right in the front row), Chief Executive Officer, together with the company's Board of Directors, conducted the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders via electronic media (E-AGM) at the meeting room of PYLON's headquarters at SPE Tower on April 29, 2025. The shareholders' meeting approved all agenda items as proposed by the Board of Directors, including the approval of dividend payment for the 2024 operating results at a rate of 0.04 baht per share, with the dividend payment date on May 23, 2025. This reflects confidence in business growth and consistent dividend payments. Currently, the company continues to actively bid for additional new projects, focusing on high-potential projects. The latest backlog of work awaiting revenue recognition stands at 1.7-1.8 billion baht, with approximately 70% expected to be recognized as revenue this year, supporting the recovery of this year's operating performance.
