PYLON Holds 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders; Shareholders Approve Dividend Payment of THB 0.24 per Share

Mr. Seri Chintanaseri (5th from left), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pylon Public Company Limited, or PYLON, together with Dr. Chanet Sangarayakul (3rd from left), President, and the Company’s Board of Directors, held the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at the Company’s head office meeting room, SPE Tower, on 30 April 2026.

At the meeting, shareholders approved all agenda items as proposed by the Board of Directors, including the payment of dividends from retained earnings for the Company’s 2025 operating results at the rate of THB 0.24 per share. The dividend payment is scheduled for 22 May 2026.

The approved dividend payment reflects confidence in the Company’s business growth and its consistent dividend payment track record. PYLON continues to actively participate in bidding for new projects, with a focus on high-potential projects. As of the end of 2025, the Company had a backlog of THB 2,200 million, the highest level in its history.
