On 9 September 2021, Dr. Chanet Saengarayakul, President of Pylon Public Company Limited, participated in the foundation stone laying ceremony for the Summit Tower project.
The project is located at the corner of Ratchathewi Road, directly in front of BTS Ratchathewi Station, with zero-distance access to the station. The project is being developed with the intention of creating a landmark development and becoming one of the top five real estate projects in the area, driven by the Chulangkool family.
Summit Tower covers a total land area of 6 rai, 0 ngan, and 79 square wah, or approximately 9,916 square meters. The project is designed as a 46-storey high-rise building comprising:
A hotel from the 7th to 15th floors, with a total of 354 rooms;
Office space from the 16th to 42nd floors, with an area of more than 10,000 square meters;
Retail space on the 3rd to 6th floors and the 44th to 45th floors;
Restaurants on the 15th and 45th floors; and
One 45-storey car park building with one mezzanine floor and four basement levels.
The project will also be equipped with comprehensive utilities and facilities.
At present, the project site has begun to show progress, with machinery and construction equipment being brought in to prepare the area for the development and construction of Summit Tower. The overall construction period, including demolition, foundation works, and full construction completion, is expected to take approximately 44 months, or a little over three years, if all works proceed according to plan.
